Entry Level Administrator in Multan
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Administrator in Multan. As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our company by providing administrative support to various departments. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of 1500$.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
