Senior Architect - Visa Sponsorship (Contract) in Gujrat, India


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and contractors
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and compliance with design plans
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Review and approve construction materials and methods
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government officials
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an architect on commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on projects in India is preferred but not required

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.
