Senior Architect - Gujrat, India


We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat, India. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors throughout the construction process
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage budgets and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architect or similar role
- Strong design skills and knowledge of architecture principles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Gujrat, India. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in India.
