Industrial Painter


Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Nairobi. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes and other finishes to industrial equipment, structures and surfaces. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding and priming as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications
- Apply paint using various methods including spraying, rolling or brushing
- Ensure a smooth and even finish with attention to detail
- Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear while working
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to company standards for quality control

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to mix colors accurately according to customer specifications
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality work
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from superiors
