Web Designer (English Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Designer to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements and translate them into innovative and functional designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create visually appealing website designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design or related field (preferred)
- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website designs
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, or other visual design tools
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Clairvaux (open to Kenyans, foreigners with own visa)

Note: This is a full-time position but we also welcome part-time candidates who meet our requirements.
