Mason Supervisor
The Mason Supervisor will oversee and manage a team of masons to ensure the timely and accurate completion of construction projects in Siauliai, Lithuania. This role requires a skilled professional with strong leadership abilities and experience in the field of masonry.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of masons to complete projects on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Plan and organize work schedules for the team to maximize efficiency
- Monitor progress of projects and provide regular updates to management
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure work meets high standards
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and procedures
- Order materials needed for projects and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with other departments, such as project managers and architects, to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or in a similar supervisory role
- Excellent knowledge of various masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Vocational training or apprenticeship in masonry is preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a mason or in a supervisory role within the construction industry

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines. The job may also require physical labor such as lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, etc. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
