Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs within our manufacturing facility. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Reviewing production processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Designing new systems or modifying existing ones to increase efficiency
- Analyzing data and conducting time studies to determine optimal production methods
- Developing and implementing quality control procedures to ensure product consistency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and eliminate waste
- Conducting cost analysis and recommending cost-saving measures
- Training staff on new processes and equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills including proficiency in AutoCAD, Lean Six Sigma, and other industrial engineering tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
