Waiter/Waitress - Malayalee Cuisine


We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a popular Malayalee restaurant in Lom. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with their dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are properly set up with utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine is a plus but not required - training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills in English - fluency in Malayalam is highly desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month plus tips.
