A reputable construction company in Ufa is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding, fabricating, and assembling metal structures according to specifications and project plans. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Welder and be proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Measure and mark materials for cutting and shaping
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Align and fit metal components using hand tools or machinery
- Inspect welded joints for quality assurance
- Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Welder in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in MIG and TIG welding techniques
- Familiar with various welding materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. We are currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in Ufa without requiring employment sponsorship.
