We are currently seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Ashdod, Israel on a contract basis. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and tools to shape and cut metal components according to specific requirements. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the field or a newly trained Turner looking to gain valuable work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and technical drawings to understand product specifications
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, grinders, and drills to shape metal components
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow
- Maintain equipment by performing regular maintenance and repairs
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
- Knowledge of operating various machines and tools used in turning processes
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Good understanding of metal properties and ability to work with different types of metal
- Basic math skills for measuring, calculating dimensions, and weights of materials
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Hold valid work visa or residency permit for Israel

Salary: 1100$ per month
