Industrial Alpinist


We are searching for an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Ashdod. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing high-risk tasks at great heights, such as building maintenance, painting, and construction work. Your primary duty will be to utilize specialized equipment and techniques to safely access and complete tasks in challenging locations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough safety checks before and during each job
- Use ropes, harnesses, and other equipment to access high or difficult-to-reach areas
- Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, welding, and repairs on industrial structures
- Inspect and maintain all equipment used for industrial alpinism
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a safe and efficient workflow
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
- Complete all tasks within the designated time frame
- Keep detailed records of work completed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Certification in industrial alpinism or rope access techniques preferred
- Physically fit with excellent balance and coordination
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to industrial alpinism
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in challenging environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali is a plus)
- Valid visa allowing you to work in Israel (own visa preferred)
- Must be comfortable working at great heights
Salary:
Starting salary at $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines. This position is open to both men and women who meet the requirements.
