Waiter/Waitress - Fine Dining Restaurant (English Speaking)



We are a fine dining restaurant located in Ashdod, seeking a motivated and experienced waiter/waitress to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations when necessary
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Ensure tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with tact and prompt resolution
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Process payments using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining restaurant preferred
- Fluent English language skills required; additional languages are an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
