Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Utena. This role requires a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to create visually appealing and functional spaces. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, creating project proposals and budgets, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this position, you must have a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field, as well as at least 3 years of experience working as an architect. A deep knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp is also necessary. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others are essential for success in this role.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. While English proficiency is not required for this job, candidates who are proficient in Malayalee language will be given preference. This position also offers the opportunity for part-time work if desired.
