Sales Representative



We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Akron. Our company is looking for a talented individual who can effectively communicate and promote our products to potential clients. This is a full-time position, and we require candidates to have prior sales experience in order to be considered for the role.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. You will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and generating new business opportunities. A successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong negotiation abilities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions based on our products/services
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Prepare sales reports on a regular basis for management review
- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall sales strategies and techniques
