Sales Representative
We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Akron. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to potential customers
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attend trade shows and events to promote products
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali or Swahili is a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn about new products and market trends
- Ability to travel within the city for client meetings as needed
Salary:
This is a contract job with a starting salary of $1400 per month. There is potential for commission based on performance.
Location:
This job is located in Akron, but candidates from Nepal or Kenya are preferred.
