Sales Associate

Our company is a leading retail store in Faisalabad and we are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining a clean and organized store. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Actively promote and sell products to meet sales targets
- Keep abreast of current promotions and new product releases
- Maintain knowledge of all store products, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on shelves
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or sales (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Must have own visa or work permit (if non-national)
- Must be able to work full-time hours including weekends
