Head Chef

Our busy restaurant in Lahore is seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes, as well as exceptional leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement menus that are both creative and cost-effective
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring high quality and consistency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food safety, hygiene, and proper cooking techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of food handling, preparation, and presentation techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to multitask effectively
