Head Chef - International Cuisine (Lahore, Pakistan)


We are seeking an experienced Head Chef with a passion for international cuisine to lead our kitchen team in Lahore, Pakistan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a variety of dishes from different regions of the world while maintaining high quality and consistency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus featuring a diverse range of international dishes, including but not limited to Asian, European, and Middle Eastern cuisines
- Manage kitchen operations and supervise all staff members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, plating presentations, and overall quality standards
- Source ingredients from local markets and suppliers to maintain freshness and authenticity in dishes
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs by implementing portion control measures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisines and techniques with an emphasis on Asian cuisine
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also being able to execute classic recipes flawlessly
- Strong communication skills in English (Urdu proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000 USD per month. Further compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
