Concierge - Monte-Carlo, Monaco


As a Concierge in Monte-Carlo, Monaco, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents. Your primary role will be to assist with their needs and requests, ensuring they have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and residents warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel, amenities, and local area
- Manage reservations and bookings for restaurants, activities, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests including airport transfers and car rentals
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests such as room service or housekeeping
- Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and attractions in the area
- Handle any complaints or issues that arise from guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while interacting with guests

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or tourism is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good knowledge of Monte-Carlo and its surrounding areas including popular tourist destinations, restaurants, and events
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
