Merchandising Coordinator

As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the product merchandising process for our company in La-Condamine. This includes working closely with the sales team to identify and forecast product trends, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to our retail partners. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to identify product trends and develop merchandising plans
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Create and implement effective merchandising strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortment, pricing, and promotions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate visual merchandising standards and provide feedback for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of current fashion trends preferred
- Fluency in French is an asset

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: La-Condamine (local candidates preferred)
