Job Title: Country Manager



As a Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth of our company in Abu Dhabi. Your main goal will be to drive business development, manage a team, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage a team of employees and provide mentorship and guidance
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company in Abu Dhabi
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Act as a representative of the company in all official matters

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Country Manager or similar role in Abu Dhabi or similar market
- Strong understanding of the local market and business environment in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in developing and implementing successful business strategies
- Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
