Architectural Designer

We are a leading architectural firm based in Karachi, seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative, functional and aesthetically appealing architectural designs for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Review and modify designs based on client feedback and budget constraints
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Designer in a reputable firm
- Proficient in CAD software, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools
- Excellent design skills with a strong understanding of aesthetics, space planning, and construction methods
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Karachi. However, candidates from different cities within Pakistan are also welcome to apply.
