Typesetter
As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently setting type for various print and digital media materials. This includes formatting text, adjusting spacing and margins, and ensuring consistency in font styles and sizes. You will work closely with designers, editors, and other team members to ensure that all materials are visually appealing and error-free.

Key Responsibilities:
- Setting type for print materials such as books, magazines, brochures, and flyers
- Formatting text to fit specific design layouts
- Adjusting spacing, margins, and font styles as needed
- Ensuring consistency in font sizes throughout the document
- Collaborating with designers to ensure the overall visual appeal of the project
- Communicating with editors to ensure accuracy of text and layout
- Working efficiently within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficiency in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Strong understanding of typography principles and design elements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors in text quickly
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while also being self-motivated
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in written English (Portuguese language proficiency is a plus)
- A portfolio showcasing previous typesetting work is preferred

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Lisbon (remote work may be considered)
