Office Assistant – Administrative Support (Sheduva, Canada)
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Sheduva, Canada. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintain records and files in a neat and organized manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Provide support for special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Salary: $1100 per month
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
