Office Assistant (Indian Nationals)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah, with a preference for Indian nationals. As an Office Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to our office and assist in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients, answer phone calls and emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Manage office filing system and maintain electronic records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an office setting is an advantage but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with biometric passport is a plus
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
