Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Utena. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and adjust machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator is preferred but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of machine mechanics and troubleshooting techniques

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
