As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in the production process. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and diagrams
- Basic math skills required for measurements and calculations
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
