Land Surveyor

Our company is seeking a qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Utena, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and collecting data for construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in land surveying and be able to use various surveying equipment and software. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Collect and analyze data from surveys, including measurements, maps, and photographs
- Create detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys and data collected

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser levels
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other surveying software
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
