Restaurant Manager - Nakuru, Kenya
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Nakuru, Kenya. You will manage a team of staff, ensure efficient and high-quality service is provided to customers, and maintain a positive work environment for employees. Your duties will include creating schedules, managing inventory and supplies, handling customer complaints and inquiries, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of local cuisine preferred
- Fluent in English with proficiency in Malayalam an asset
- Must have legal authorization to work in Kenya
Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Accommodation will not be provided.
