Freelance Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Freelance Floral Designer to join our team in La-Condamine. As a freelance designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and showcase your unique style and skills. You will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for events, weddings, and other occasions. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through your designs.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various events
- Sourcing high-quality flowers and materials within the given budget
- Setting up and arranging floral displays at event venues
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and managing orders
- Ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Collaborating with other team members to brainstorm ideas and come up with innovative designs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that meet client specifications
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail for maintaining quality standards
- A portfolio showcasing previous work is preferred

Salary: $900 per month (contract position)
Location: La-Condamine (open to all genders)
