Job Title: Floral Designer

We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders. You must have an eye for detail and be able to bring clients' visions to life with your artistic talents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create unique floral arrangements, bouquets, and centerpieces
- Source high-quality flowers and materials within budget
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their floral selections

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or Florist
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create visually appealing arrangements
- Excellent communication skills to work closely with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
