Facade Engineer
Location: Sheduva, Nepal


We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sheduva, Nepal. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, constructing and maintaining the external building envelope of commercial and residential structures. This includes the facade systems such as curtain walls, cladding, and roofing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site surveys to assess the condition and structural integrity of existing facades
- Designing and detailing facade systems that meet aesthetic, structural, and energy performance requirements
- Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for facade construction projects
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Overseeing the installation of facade systems and ensuring they meet quality standards
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on existing facades to identify any potential issues or repairs needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering with a focus on facades or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in facade engineering or related field
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, systems, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Salary: 1300$ per month
Working hours: Full time
