We are currently hiring a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Eschen. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed design plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of CAD software and architectural design principles
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and collaboration with team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Eschen without sponsorship.
