Experienced Restaurant Manager


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring top-quality service and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Train and supervise staff to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, making necessary adjustments when needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position.

City:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.
