Indian Sales Manager in Chelyabinsk, Russia
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with them
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors' strategies
- Present and promote company products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients and maintain positive relationships to ensure repeat business
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Prior experience in sales or relevant field is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Chelyabinsk, Russia (accommodation will be provided)
