Fitter Technician



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter Technician to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and machinery in industrial settings. This is a contract position with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
- Install new equipment and machinery according to technical specifications
- Repair and troubleshoot any issues with existing equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in fitting processes
- Basic understanding of mechanical principles
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for lifting heavy objects and working in various positions
- Own visa or ability to obtain necessary work permits for Russia

Preferred qualifications:
- Trade certificate or diploma in a related field
- Experience working in an industrial setting
- Knowledge of Russian language

Salary:
$1800 per month (negotiable based on qualifications and experience)
