Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Riyadh. This individual will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, offering great potential for career growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with potential clients
- Attend industry events to promote the hotel and build connections
- Monitor competition and market trends to stay ahead in the market
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition in Riyadh's hospitality industry
