Administrative Assistant - Al-Kuwait
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an English-speaking job, this role is suitable for men from Egypt who are looking for a full-time position without accommodation. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with travel arrangements and bookings
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Manage filing systems and ensure all documents are properly organized
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
