Baker in Mecca - Full Time with Accommodation


We are a busy bakery located in the holy city of Mecca, seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads and pastries to meet the demands of our customers. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking dough according to recipes
- Ensuring quality and consistency in all baked goods
- Decorating pastries and desserts
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized baking station
- Training new bakers as necessary
- Adhering to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker in a high-volume bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Ability to work early mornings and weekends as needed
- Good time management skills to ensure timely production and delivery of baked goods
- Strong attention to detail for quality control purposes
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this full-time position.

We provide comfortable shared accommodation for our employees.

Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Mecca.
