We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Albena, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Our ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional with a strong understanding of project management principles and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of construction projects
- Develop project budgets and ensure adherence to budget throughout the project
- Source materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Hire, train, and manage construction teams
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Keep stakeholders informed on project progress through regular updates and meetings
- Manage any issues or delays that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams of varying sizes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Must have experience working in Albena
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month
