Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the beautiful city of Albena. As a multinational company, we welcome candidates from all nationalities with fluency in English. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$. While prior experience in construction management is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without experience who possess strong organizational and leadership skills. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates with a valid biometric passport.

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and personnel to ensure successful completion within quality standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with the project team
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Prepare reports on project progress and financials for senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues on-site
- Train and manage construction personnel as needed
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for the projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (verbal/written)
