Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Bungoma. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism
- Clean tables, chairs, and dining area after each customer leaves
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Adhere to all health and safety standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1800$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Bungoma, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
