We are a leading architectural firm based in Oslo, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our projects and team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design and construction process of various projects from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, without accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
-Oversee the design process and ensure that all projects meet client expectations.
-Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
-Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress.
-Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
-Review project designs for feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
-Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
-Prepare reports on project status, budget updates, and potential risks or delays.
-Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
-Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management.
-In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and building codes.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Proven track record of successful project completion within budget and timeline constraints.

Preferred Skills:
-PMP certification is a plus.
-Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
-Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
-Architectural license in Norway.
