Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Oslo. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architecture projects, from design to construction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, and accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure successful project completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure materials and workmanship meet project standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Biometric passport for international travel
