Job Title: Architecture Manager


We are currently hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Acre. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as extensive knowledge of architecture principles and practices.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of architectural design and construction projects
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project goals are met
- Lead a team of architects, designers, and contractors to ensure quality work is delivered on time and within budget
- Review architectural drawings, models, and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to project plans
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, materials, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture design and construction management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, etc.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1800 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Acre but we welcome applicants from all nationalities. Accommodation will be provided along with free visa sponsorship.
