Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a driven and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vilnius. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel. You will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and managing the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure profitable business deals
- Manage the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Create sales reports and analyze data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively and provide coaching as needed
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer preferences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
