Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Oslo. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to industry standards.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: 1600$ per month with accommodation provided. This is a contract position for the duration of the project. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates regardless of gender or nationality. However, candidates must have their own valid work visa for Norway.
