Loader Operator



We are currently seeking a Loader Operator to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and unload materials onto trucks, conveyors, or other equipment
- Inspect equipment before and after use for any damages or malfunctions
- Safely maneuver equipment around the job site, following all safety protocols
- Communicate with truck drivers and other team members to ensure efficient loading and unloading of materials
- Maintain accurate records of material movement and inventory levels
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
