Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are a leading facility management company seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing minor equipment issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with various systems and appliances
- Coordinate with property owners or tenants to schedule repairs and maintenance work
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for repairs and notify supervisor when supplies are low
- Follow safety procedures while working on job sites to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills to interact with property owners or tenants
- Physically fit to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This job is located in Al-Khor, Qatar. Candidates must be willing to relocate or already reside in the area.

Nationality:
While we prefer Malayalee candidates for this position, all qualified applicants will be considered regardless of nationality.
