Junior Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas, working on projects for our diverse portfolio of clients. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work alongside experienced architects and project managers to contribute to the design and development of commercial buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to understand client requirements and develop design concepts
- Create 2D and 3D models using architectural software
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for commercial projects
- Research building materials, construction techniques, and building codes for each project
- Assist with project coordination, including communication with clients, contractors, and consultants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial architecture (internship or entry-level position)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
